What is Epibrow?
Epibrow is the latest, revolutionary, freehand, feather-styling technique of semi-permanant make-up. The Epibrow treatment gives a natural brow look and is unlike any other semi-permanent makeup technique. Epibrow is a semi-permanent procedure that can last between 12-18 months and, unlike other techniques, is not reliant upon natural hair being present. This makes the Epibrow treatment perfect for those suffering from alopecia, trigonometric, or any other condition that causes hair loss.
Epibrow gives the effect of ultra-fine, delicate hair strokes that blend flawlessly with your natural brow. Using the natural ‘landscape’ of your brow – be that too thin, too plucked, or too patchy – Epibrow allows you to restore the eyebrow shape. And, if your brows are gone completely, Epibrow will re-create an entirely new brow.
Using a specially designed micro-blade, natural 3D hair strokes are placed under the epidermis for the ultimate tailored brow. The pigments used in the Epibrow treatment have been specially formulated to match the original eyebrow in order to achieve a natural look. This cutting edge treatment is ideal for enhancing and defining brows and you are in complete control of how you wish your bespoke brows to look.
What to expect at your appointments
- The first appointment will include a thorough consultation this where your features will be analysed and recommendations will be made on shape, colour and design, best suited to yourself. This consultation could last from 30mins to 1 hr.
- The second appointment is booked for 1 week after this when we begin the Epibrow treatment. Some redness may be experienced after the treatment but you will leave with all the appropriate after care. Your first treatment could take up to 2 hours.
- The third treatment is the colour top-up. This takes place 6 weeks after your initial Epibrow treatment. After the initial Epibrow treatment the colour can fade significantly so this appointment is crucial in embedding the pigment so you get the best colour for longer.
